Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective.
To request support, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from our side.
